Galaxy S24So for starters, there is no reason to reply to your own post as the only comment within the thread, you can EDIT your post to add the new content and information.
Secondly, you state that the people at youbreakifix told you that the damage was caused by mistreatment, they are not Samsung. Thay are an authorized repair place for Samsung, that does not make them Samsung.
Believer it or not, but when your place an item in your purse, it is not magically bubble-wrapped and protected. A purse is a large space where things can go bouncing around and collide with each other. You could also sit on your purse or wedge it into an area that causes un-due stress to the items inside.
