Keys Cafe second layer not able to be edited

So as you can see the 1st layer keyboard i was able to make it wider and taller but keyscafe won't let us edit the 2nd layer where the numbers and symbols are.

@Zeus408 What you are calling the "2nd layer keyboard" is the "Symbol" keyboard. In Keys Cafe, did you click the + under the word Symbol to edit that keyboard?
