The beta is closed for S24 series. You'll have to wait for the stable release in April.

s25 Ultra has the full stable version of U.I 7.0 already. It looks like U.I 7.1 will be skipped for U.I. 8.0 (Android 16) Beta is June. I believe they will rolling out stable version of 7.0 is going to come in April...
