Anyone having trouble with their notification sounds playing and there's no notification that can be seen? I've turned Bixby off and I still get false notifications
Install Good Lock and its Notistar module which provides a history of your incoming notifications. You will then have the ability to see what generated each notification sorted by date and time. You can even place an icon on your lockscreen which opens the list of events.
I do have that sounds. I believe that that sound is more to help the owner to find the phone when it is fallen somewhere nearby thus no notification associate with it. The sound is short as it is viber_message by default.
If you want to disable it: SETTING --> SOUNDS AND NOTIFICATION --> NOTIFICATION SOUND then select Silent.
