How do I suggest things to Samsung directly?

How do I suggest things to Samsung directly and skip asking the community? I have a suggestion for the Now Bar so it is actually useful but it was sent to community and Samsung has no idea what the idea is or the frustration thing that makes the now bar unusable

Theres a feedback option bottom right support tab

I did that and they told they need more information then shut down the thread so I could not answer

You get best results with feedback by putting a header above your text THIS IS FEEDBACK. It also depends on which programmer opens the feedback and what category you select. Try "others".

There is always a button on the bottom of their response that says "ask again".  If you click that, you can add additional information without having to go through your whole complaint again.
