How can I get rid of the visual side button notifications?

Everytime I press a side button on my phone I get pop ups such as power, volume up/ down. How do I get rid of these visual notifications?

There are only a few things I use in there. Minimum width, Bluetooth codec! Show frame rate when testing things. That's about it.

I always turn developer settings on but must have had an incidental click. Otherwise I don't change things. I've been searching Google settings, Samsung settings, and 3rd party apps for months and couldn't find it. Best Xmas ever!

Yeah, I always turn it off just in case someone needs help finding an option they accidentally turned on.  Hope you have a great holiday
