You can update your payment card by going to Settings > Samsung Account > Payment methods (or directly through Samsung Wallet if you use that for subscriptions). From there, you should be able to add a new card and remove the old one.
If you’re talking about app store payments, open the Galaxy Store, tap the menu (☰) in the top right, go to Payment methods, and update your card info there. That way future purchases will charge the correct card.

Is there an option to add another card or edit the current one? Is it not accepting the card because the expiration date has passed and the card was not updated? Perhaps you get the option to pay with a different card at checkout. If there is no option to edit or add another card, you will have to call them.
