Super fast charging issues

Earlier this week, my phone started to charge normally instead of its normal super fast charging. I have not changed anything. I am using the block and cable that came with it. Even switched to my back up charger and cable which are the e act same as what was purchased. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Have you ensured that "fast charging" is enabled in device settings?

I have. Even turned it off, back on amd restarted my phone.

Are you putting your phone on the charge when it's above 50%? Fast/super fast charging only works up to 50% before it switches to normal charging. In other words, you are not going to go from 0 to 100% in under an hour and a half, most likely 2.

Hmm. I would try a new cord and see if that works. The cord may be damaged, but I find it hard to believe that both are damaged.

Agreed. The second cord and block are new as well. I've even cleaned inside the charging port itself. It is baffling.

I've suddenly started experiencing a similar issue with the super charging not charging fast.

Here is an update... it started working again after I used the old white fast charging block over night. During the day I switched back to the black type c super fast charger and all is well.
