Fold 4 not eligible for trade in?

I went to check out the pre order for the Samsung s24 ultra but the fold 4 is not eligible?? Only the 3 and 5?

Agreed.  I stuck with Samsung even though I had the exploding Note 7.  Switching to Apple for good if they don't fix this issue.

I'm having the same issue.. chatted with customer service and they said it's an error and they're working on it

It could be an error or intentional but the right thing for samsung to do is come out with note in their trade in program to clarify for loyal samsung fans like us. If they don't plan to add it to the list they should clearly state so.. Every **bleep** samsung phone from last 5 years is on the list but this.. People are bound to be confused. Just come out and say whatever it is. Our time is precious too

I called and stayed on the phone, then they transferred me to my phone service e didn't even ask. Something is shady.
