Fold 4 not eligible for trade in?

I went to check out the pre order for the Samsung s24 ultra but the fold 4 is not eligible?? Only the 3 and 5?

It lets me trade in my Z fold 4 for other devices, but not the S24 series. Strange.

Well, that's what this junk is worth :). I feel your pain, though. Samsung sucks. They allow Fold 4 to be traded for S24 in other countries, so I am not holding my breath on Samsung fixing it. In other countries, few customers can afford Fold phones there will be a revolt, but in the US, Sammy is counting on Customers to suck up for their mistakes.  US customers need to abandon Samsung. I have been a loyal customer for a decade but never a fan of their Customer Service, and I am ready to say RIP to Samsung.
