Why wasn't I told about the Chromebook promotion when I purchased my s24 ultra? I purchased my s24 ultra on November 17th. So does that mean that I am no longer eligible for the free chromebook?

According to the information LongHiker posted then the US was also not included.
@user4c1RbQLD0G you were not informed because the retailer you purchased from did not inform you of the expired promotion, either because the promotion had ended, or because they were not participating, or both.
