Hey there! I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your bluetooth can't find the device you're trying to connect. Let's try these troubleshooting steps I found!

Check Bluetooth Settings on Both Devices:
Phone:
Ensure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone's settings. The button should be green or indicate that Bluetooth is active.
Other Device:
Verify that the other device (e.g., car, headphones) is also in Bluetooth mode and set to be discoverable or in pairing mode.
2. Ensure Devices are Within Range:
Make sure the devices are close to each other, ideally within 10 feet, as Bluetooth connection range can be limited.
3. Check for Other Connections:
If the other device is already connected to another Bluetooth device, it might not be able to connect to your phone. Try disconnecting it from the other device before attempting to connect to your phone.
4. Restart Devices:
Restarting both devices (phone and the other Bluetooth device) can resolve temporary glitches and improve connection stability.
5. Forgetting the Connection:
If you've previously paired the devices, you can try "forgetting" the connection on the other device and then attempting to reconnect.
6. Check for Interference:
Certain devices or objects can interfere with Bluetooth signals. Try moving the devices away from potential sources of interference.
7. Reset Bluetooth Settings (If necessary):
As a last resort, you can reset Bluetooth settings on your phone. This will delete all saved Bluetooth connections and you'll need to re-pair devices.

And if you've tried all of those and you're still having the same issue the next thing I would suggest is to have a certified technician take a look at the device to see what's going on.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html  I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Did you make sure you scrolled all the way down on the pairing page? I noticed that the more devices you have on your list, the pairing visibility moves further down.
