I had to call Samsung because my S24ULTRA had problems with the UI7 update and they changed my mobile thanks Samsung for helping me.

Yes. I'm in Florida. By the way your phone provider is the one that does the warranty claim with Samsung to replace your phone if you need it.

I bought a Samsung s24 ultra about six months ago. I had recently done a ui7 update. After the update my phone started freezing and I had to be reseting it. I called Samsung and they told me that my phone had a one year manufacture warranty. So they replaced my phone for a new Samsung s24 ultra. It only took three days to get here. Once I got the new Samsung I had to send the old one back. And the new one is perfect. I haven't had any issues.

Sorry if I confused you. You should do it with who you got your phone with. I spoke to Samsung but my career did the Samsung warranty exchange.
