Galaxy S24Hello DHollins76, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with the Gallery app on your device not allowing you to view downloaded images or videos. I see where you have already tried clearing the cache partition on your device and the cache of the Gallery app but it did not resolve the issue. Try your device in Safe Mode: Touch and hold Power off until Safe Mode icon displays. Tap Safe Mode to start your device in Safe Mode. If you have entered Safe Mode successfully, you will see "Safe Mode" displayed at the bottom of the screen. Go to your Gallery app to see if the issue is still present. If the issue is not present in Safe Mode then there is a third party app causing the issue, that you would need to uninstall to resolve. If the issue persists in Safe Mode, reboot your device as normal to exit Safe Mode.
