Beta Sign up Still Broken

I posted about this once before after the beta first released. I keep getting this error message. I've made two different bug report tickets as suggested by someone from Samsung Support and both tickets got closed for supposedly not enough information although I wrote a very lengthy explanation and several screenshots. 

Does anyone know why I'm getting this. My phone is a S24 Ultra purchased from Samsung the day it was available for pre-order. So my phone is definitely unlocked. It has a FirstNet sim card in it that it's always had since I got the phone. The phone has never been to another country nor was it purchased in another country. 

Edit: I really lost all hope for this community. So many people replying...being very confidently wrong or just having no idea the topic and replying anyways. Why do people who have absolutely no clue about something feel the need to put their two cents in. There was ONE actually helpful answer, a couple good attempts and then just a flood of misinformed people.

Having your phone unlocked is just one of the requirements to join the program, but not the only requirement. You also have to have a Samsung account, which all of us do have here.

I appreciate your replies but you unfortunately don't understand how unlocked phones work or the beta. You need to be on T-Mobile OR have an unlocked device. This screenshot is from the "Sammy Fans" website but it's not the only one confirming the beta is available for all carriers of with unlocked devices. If your model name doesn't end with U1 you're not getting the beta. Your phone has to be bought unlocked. Not locked to a carrier then unlocked. šŸ¤¦ā€:male_sign:

I'm assuming you failed to read my entire initial post and maybe took straight to the comments? I don't know any other explanation for your comment. My device is unlocked, as stated in my initial post. It was bought from Samsung...unlocked. There's also a reply to another commenter telling me about the U1 which I replied to with a screenshot showing him it ends in U1 AND telling him a Samsung Support agent has already looked up my IMEI and confirmed it's unlocked. Before trying to be a smarta** to someone with a facepalm emoji, I encourage you to read a person's entire post and perhaps skim through comments. Thank you.

Then you need reading glasses? šŸ¤·ā€:male_sign: I mention multiple times my device being unlocked, show a screenshot that it's unlocked, but you feel the need to try and tell me my phone has to be unlocked and add a šŸ¤·ā€:male_sign: like I'm an **bleep** and don't know what an unlocked device is. My phone was never locked to a carrier so you comment was pointless.

The beta is out for S24 devices on T-Mobile network and also unlocked devices. I have an S24 Ultra that is unlocked and confirmed unlocked by a Samsung Support agent who also told me I should have access to the beta and hence why he referred me to the bug reports on the Members app who were useless to me.

Will the beta moderator actually reply? The bug "specialists" I was told to contact were as useless as a car with no wheels.
