My s24 ultra screen is broken and I have no samsung care or anything and since I bought on nov 10th and now I can't take samsung care or anything since 60 days are completed? What is the best possible way now? Is it okay to get my screen repair now or any other way to get samsung care?

Unfortunately, I don't believe you have any options for getting phone insurance now that the screen is already broken. I know it sucks, and I have been in your position many times. When I bought my Fold 6, I decided to go ahead and buy insurance because fixing a phone like this is so expensive. Sometimes insurance just makes sense!
The good news is that Samsung makes it pretty easy to get your phone fixed with reputable partners of theirs. I am including a link. It looks like if you go through Samsung, it should cost around $250 to repair the screen. You can see the details at this link as well as setup a repair appointment/send in your phone/or in some cases even have a Samsung repair specialist come to you. I wish you the best!
