I have a black spot around the camera on my screen and another small spot on the right edge.

Other than that, no scratches, cracks etc. I was out of warranty when these developed.

The question is, the trade in screen ask if the screen functions normally and has no cracks. Which this doesn't.

Has anyone traded a device with this issue in and had any issue? I don't want to send it in and get a lesser credit towards the new device.

A working screen is one with no damage and works like new if yours has black spots on it that would be considered a damage screen

They might need to clarify because there is some wiggle room for pushback here. Guess I will just hold on to it. Thanks. 1748878475272.jpg

Yeah it should explain it better I only said what I said because I've seen them be declined with less issues from people posting on here.
