Galaxy S23I would suggest wiping the cache partition to remove all of the old junk from the system and the Green line is caused by a issue with the screen itself and would need to be seen at a certified repair center to diagnosis it.
To wipe the cache partition on a Galaxy S23
- Turn OFF your phone.
- Press and hold the Volume UP and POWER buttons at the same time.
- Hold these buttons until the Android Recovery Menu appears.
- Press the Volume DOWN button to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press the POWER button to select it.

Galaxy S23One UI 8 implementation has also created issues in the Secure Folder. Samsung recently pulled the One UI 8 update for S23 series. Keeping fingers crossed that they fix all the issues and release the next update soon.
Hope the green line issue is taken care of by Samsung Service without any cost to you. This is an issue that has plagued many of their phones and they have been known to replace the screen for free after warranty for other models. Good Luck!

Galaxy S23My S23+ also developed a faint green line overnight. How did you resolve yours? Did it go on its own?
The screen is working perfectly so I'm worried about having it changed and frankly it isn't something I can afford right now.
