This has been discussed before.  This is a DoorDash issue.  They have not fixed their app to be compatible with OneUI7.  You have to get on DD's case.

Also, have you put in an error report with Samsung? it was originally determined to be a DD issue, but some people are not having a problem, and many people still are.  It is best to report to both entities.

Have you tried factory resetting your phone and restoring your backup?  A factory reset gives you a whole new, clean operating system unencumbered by being overlaid over the old system.  Restoring  your backup restores your apps and settings and some data.  If you don't want to do the reset, just try clearing the cache partition.

1. Power off your phone. Hold Power and vol up buttons until Samsung Logo appears

2. Let go of both buttons when you see the Samsung Logo appear on screen. There will be a delay while it enters recovery mode.

3. Use the volume buttons to navigate through recovery menu options and highlight “Wipe Cache Partition.” Press power button to select this option . Confirm by navigating to the yes response and tapping the power button to select.

5. When wiping cache partition is complete, "reboot system now" should be highlighted; press power key to select it . The phone will reboot as normal.

In the meantime, if you have an older device hanging around or can purchase a really cheap burner that you can use for dashing, you'd be better off, by the time either party fixes this.
