Anyone know what can be done? The phone was functioning fine, once the update was installed, the touchscreen doesn't respond to my touch. Works with the pen but not my fingers. We have master reset and now samsung is saying I'm on my own however, a repair as such wouldn't be cheap, at least I don't think. No warranty it's expired. Samsung 23 ultra.
I have the exact same issue right after updating to ui7. Right after the update the top of the screen started acting funky was hard to register clicks and within 2hours I was working on PC and periodically checking my phone I noticed up to 40% from the top of the phone is not reacting to touch... I had a screen replacement between ui6 and ui7 but it was a Samsung authorised dealer, they actually gave me the phone number to call them to book my screen replacement. I'm more than furious with this issue as I've wasted a whole day trying to fix my phone when I've work to be doing. Also even factory reset my phone... s pen didn't work prior to factory reset.. after factory reset s spen started working on the areas touch don't work
