Seeing Bluetooth devices I didn't pair?

Im seeing devices that I didn't sign in or pair but there on my list and how could it be that there there and have possibly paired without my knowledge

Iv herd it's possible to pair to a device and use bluetooth to listen

Do they actually show up as "paired" or are they just in the list as "available"?
