Galaxy S23I have use galaxy phones for a long time and some of them had issues that I learned to deal with but the quality of the devices is really poor now. In the past I use the s4,s6,s8,s9,s23 and now the fold 4 my favorite was the s6 but it use to get hotter than an iron and the battery didnt last long. The best of all of them hands down was the s9 I still got the phone (2024) I bought it when it came out and still works up to this day, but is not a 5g phone. The s6 just stopped working one day but I liked the phones they lasted me until I decided to upgade. I CANT SAY THE SAME FOR THE S23, 1 year and 2 month later the phone stopped getting signal I called custermer service and they said my guarantee had expired to take it to a repair shop i still have the phone it has no damage and it looks like i just took it out of the box. Custermer services just try to sell me a new phone they said if i wanted to trade for the s24 and try giving me a deal but i hadn't even finished my payments for the s23, the problem with the phone is if I tuned wifi calling even with no internet but wifi signal it workes and shows that there is a tmobile signal and im able to make calls but if I'm outside and try making a call it shows :prohibited: no signal this sounds like a software issue to me... or a scam made by samsung so people have to buy a new phones. I was lucky with the fold 4 I use my phones intensely for work this is the reason I'm willing to pay 2000 dollars for a phone if it has new technology or just if I like it but the fold also had it's problems after a couple of months I got a spot on the inside screen that stopped working no reason at all. I had to take the phone to the repair shop the warranty covered it but they kept my phone for 2 week they said that after replacing the screen the phone didn't want to turn on and after replacing something else the Bluetooth didn't want to work and samsung did not want to just give me a new phone and again my phone is like new but like I said the before quality of this phones going down the drain and we have to pay $2000 to complain and not get nothing for the waste of our money and time

Galaxy S23Try performing a network reset
Settings>general management>reset>reset mobile network settings, then return and reset wifi and Bluetooth settings as well. See if that doesn't clear up the issues.
