i hope I don't have this issues with the s23 ultra. I pre-ordered this phone and are waiting for the delivery sometime this week. Seems that it has numerous issues. Starting to have second thoughts about spending so much money for a fancy phone that won't deliver.

I always take pictures of the phone, all sides and in the box before I send it. It happened to me before and turns out it was damaged during shipping. I sent them my pics and asked if I could see pics of the box when they received it.
So now they are offering you $600 but no memory upgrade. This is BS. I can only imagine what BS offers they are going to offer on a $2k phone. I'm so disappointed with @Communityuser3049203 and their #trade-in offers. As a long time customer this is a slap in our face.
