My mistake, I didn't say this in original post but it's any photo someone sends me. I can click on it and it shows up but quickly goes back to the conversation. I can't save the photo either. Frustrating.
Hmm, sorry about that. If none of the above works, then maybe ask your company (probably T-MOBILE) to take a look at your phone. Also, in the Samsung members app, there is a phone diagnostic. Tell me if the diagnostic does anything.
