People cant see my location in smartthings

Hello I am the host of our "home" and I have no issues seeing my members location but my wife is unable to see my location. I have enabled find my mobile she can see her own phone location on her phone but not mine. Get your location from this phone is my "home". I deleted my home and re add all my smart tags which see is able to see fine. We Uninstall both apps removed and added back into the family. We're in family on our Samsung accounts as well. She used to be able to see me but something happened and I don't know how to fix. Most issues I found googling was basic stuff that was already enabled.

*Update

My Samsung account was showing my physical sim card imei so I deleted my product in Samsung and readded with the virtual Sim and now everything is working from being tracked by wife and Samsung find can now located my phone :).

I'm using both and there both not working for her. I see her in both spots on my phone the host, but she cant see my phone. She Can track my stuff like watch and tags but not my phone

Family Care related.

1. From her end, is there more than one main device to track you? Like your phone or tablet?
2. The device that's on Family Care is it also your newest phone?
3. I would check on the location zone in Family Care.
4. Check the notification settings also.

I only own one phone my main device my phone is what's in the family care on her phone for me. Where is the location zone in family care? I have it atm set to our home address. Notifications are all enabled. I dont see my phone on devices

In Family care, select "Manage place" select the person you want to check, select "The home location" whatever you named it will show up, Once that's selected you will see four things.
1. The top will have the location
2. Arrive or leave
3. Arrive
4. Leave
Select the 1 option, the screenshot I added is what should pop up, and adjust the settings to your liking.

On both phones both of them are set up on arrive and leave and she does see my updates of coming and going at home and work address but still cant see my location

I just found out that nothing can track it so I looked at the imei and all of that and my phone is still trying to use the imei of the physical Sim card but I have a esim now and the numbers are not the same

@Rosinski117 SIM cards don't have IMEI numbers.

Setting about phone both my physical Sim and esim have different imei numbers and now it works so idk thanks tho

Your phone has 2 IMEIs. You can see them in phone settings-> About phone. One is used when you use a physical SIM. The other is used when you use a eSIM. The SIMs themselves do not have an IMEI.
