Cannot switch back to English

I'm learning Spanish so I changed my phone's language to Spanish. Now I'm trying to switch back but the phone is stuck in Spanish. Apps reply in Spanish. I'm not good enough in Spanish to understand. How do I switch back to English?

The easiest way is to go to settings then type lenguaje then you should see english, select it as #1 last you choose apply or Aplicar in spanish

Settings then idioma which means language if you can't find where it is just search idioma in the Settings search bar and then inglés which is English
