Galaxy S23If it’s like my dads Dexcom they were told not too update to Android 15 until they had updated the app and everything to work with the new OS

Galaxy S23I am having the same issue with my one week old Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It says pod has received no communication with Dexcom G7 sensor for 4 hours. Except it has. But the pod also will freeze and nothing can be done, not insulin bolus or regular 5 minute insulin delivery. It usually recovers within half an hour. I bought this phone specifically because it was compatible with the Omnipod 5 app.

Galaxy S23Hate to be "that guy" but it looks like the issue was that Omnipod decided not to update their software to be compatible with Android 15. If they gave you a receiver until they "catch up" it means that the receiver is a work around until they get their app updated. This is not a Samsung issue, but was caused by lazy developers, seeing as how Android 15 was released back in October...

Galaxy S23Is a BLE error issue. Having the same with S22+ even though Android 15 is listed as compatible.
