I used to have all notifications and then when I tried to clear data and cache it did this. So I'm not sure what to do or if I'm going to have to reset my phone.
Apps update and add/eliminate notification categories. If you cleared data from an app, you will get the list of the current categories it supports. You may not see some old ones, because the old ones no longer exist. You may have seen them prior to clearing the data, because they were "grandfathered" from previous updates. Clearing an app's data resets the app to its current configuration. Sometimes notification categories do not appear until an app actually sends a notification from that category.
