Can anyone be of help?

My s21fe got stolen, and I had to get the unlocked galaxy s23fe a few months ago, but unfortunately, I'm unable to get the UI7.0 Android15 update. The last update showing is from September 1, 2024. Anytime I check for system update, it tells me the software is up to date. 

Any suggestion on what I can do to get the latest updates.

Where did you get the s23fe from, was it brand new or was it bought used or refurbish? Does the model name end in the letter U or does it end with a U1? If it ends just with the letter U, that means it was a carrier locked phone, even though it was unlocked it still has the carriers firmware on it and unless you're on the same carrier it will not update because the bootloader is probably still locked. So you have two options, if you're comfortable you can Flash the firmware yourself, if not, you will need to take it into a service center and have it flashed.

I got it from Amazon. A refurbished one. The model name ends with U.
How can I flash the firmware, please?

Refurbished phones can pose problems you could try using smartswitch

Just my opinion if could be wrong but its possible the phone has been blocked either not paid in full or the phone was reported lost come yo mind if your phone imei shows clean than check the lock status on phone

Off top my head to check inei mist carriers have a check option do a search for your carrier and immediately check for the lock status goto settings than connection folder and I think its in network to check if locked or unlocked again double check in a search
