No updates for the software

My galaxy 23 ultra is not pushing out any updates. It keep saying, "network or server error. Try again later."

Called Samsung they couldn't do anything because T-Mobile has to fix it but T-Mobile is stating that it's a Samsung problem. 

This is a back and forth thing between them and I still don't have an updated phone. 

Somebody please help with this issue?!?

Could be connection issue the smartswith app might work

I tried that with no luck. The build in apps don't even work. I tried to do the backup, but it's not working.
I been to Samsung and Samsung, send me to tmobile, then tmobile sent me back to Samsung. At this point, I'm out of options

Maybe try going to a samsung store near you?

I will try again, but it was nothing they can do since the tmobile is the carrier and they push out the updates.
I'm going to try a Samsung store. Thanks!
