No NFC Access Card option

I don't have NFC Access Card option in Samsung Wallet app/ Digital keys on Galaxy S23. With latest software in the USA. NFC is ON. 

Is it because of device or country location?

Yes, I dont have an option to add "Access Card"

It's so new, It's only available in certain regions.
