Galaxy S23If it's happening to everyone in your household, it could be a temporary issue with either your ISP or your phone carrier (whichever you are currently using to download). Just because T-Mobile is not reporting any issues, does not mean there aren't any - it just means they either haven't received any reports, or it's not widespread -- or, as I said, temporary and not worth reporting. If T-Mobile is both your ISP and your mobile carrier, you will have to connect to someone else's wi-fi to see if it's a phone or carrier issue. If it works well elsewhere on wi-fi (or even connected to a different cell tower), then it is not the phone. If everyone's device in a household is having the same issues in the same place, the immediate thought should be the provider, not the devices.

Galaxy S23Any time I have latency on any device I disconnect "forget" the connection then sign in again. Should that not work you can always press and hold the power button along with volume down until the device restarts as that's a widely used way to "soft reset" the device which clears out cache and random issues. The last option is to find the option to Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections which is typically within SETTINGS - General Management - Reset - then you can choose your network (I do this maybe once a month) which is your cell provider, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth BUT be aware that if you do reset the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth then you will have to sign in to every WiFi and reconnect any Bluetooth but it's always fixed latency issues. Also don't forget to restart your Wi-Fi and the phone.
