App updates won't download from play store

It just started today 4/4/25. Videos lag or won't play plus app updates will not completely download. Just goes round and round and never loads.

First step open Google play top the right icon at top to get to menu at bottom there's settings go down to version tap that and see if it's up to date next step is to clear the cache in settings goto apps than fing Google playstore tap that and in storage tap that first at bottom tap clear cache not the data and restart

Tried that. I think the problem might be related to UI 6.1 update from what I've been seeing. But that downloaded at the beginning of March.

Try this.
Wipe Cache Partition.
Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.

In the store. Hit your icon on top right, choose settings
Goto about. Check for playstore update.
Second method. Long press on playstore app in app drawer. Hit the i with a circle around it in the top right.
In there click on storage. And hit clear cache
Restart phone

Found the update notice. But when I tap it and hit ok nothing happens. Update isn't loaded.

Weird. Hit the info circle and it says no internet access. Yes I am signed into wifi.
