Galaxy S23You can take the adaptive brightness off the lock screen. You will need Good Lock's LockStar module. Once installed, open LockStar, tap the lockstar icon on the bottom of the lock screen, select always on display, then tap AOD auto brightness and then turn off the adaptive brightness and turn the brightness slider all the way up to the maximum (or whatever level you desire). keep in mind, it is still going to be dimmer than your home screen.

Galaxy S23I checked the contact us information in the Good Lock app, but all it does is send one to the feedback page on the Members app. So, I guess everyone who doesn't have this feature on their S series phone, should continue to send feedback through the feedback link. I have no idea of their logic in doing things, and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt of a programming omission for the S series. it could also be possible (speculating here) that the screens on the A series are not as sensitive to heat and burn in as the ones on the S series phones, and therefore they did deliberately leave out the option. Although, I do notice that even at the brightest setting, the AOD is noticeably dimmer than the lock screen. So, if they can throttle the maximum brightness for the AOD on the A series, they can do it with the S series.
