Since updating to UI 7, I can no longer see the screen. I used to be able to adjust the brightness, but that option is no longer available in Lockstar or the lockscreen and AOD settings.

Good question. On the S24 and S25 there is no brightness slider. In a very dark room it is extremely hard to see the AOD to use it as a bedside clock. It's useless.

So they enabled adaptive brightness for AOD, but took away the slider to fix it when it's too dark. Brilliant.

I don't have any issues with the AOD adaptive brightness.  I use my phone as a bedside clock at night and have no problem seeing it in a dark room, either right next to it, or across the room.  Perhaps you are using a tiny clock?

Not sure why it's not included in the rest of the series.

It's available on my S25 FE.

All I have to do is turn off the AOD Auto Brightness and the slider appears.1760437017632.jpg1760441625189.jpg

I don't know what to say S25 and S24 series don't have it!
