The ability to add extra users to Samsung phones has been disabled (at least in the US) for some time now. It is still available for tablets. I believe the logic behind it is that people usually do not share their phones. Also, if I'm not mistaken, there were fairly serious issues with the multi-user function recently on Pixel phones.

Had it on my OnePlus phone and also on my tab... really wish they had this. It's a nice way to separate work accounts... thanks for the reply!

This was a previous Beta feature in One UI5 that seemed to introduce more complications than anticipated. It was scrapped.

This sucks

It's exteme useful to be able to completely separate work and private life by having different profiles.   Used this feature for years on Motorola phones and then my pixel 6a.  Now on a Samsung for the first time, very disappointed

I used it when Handing my phone to someone. Now I PIN an app. Works if I ever get pulled over and have to show digital proof of insurance.

It looks like samsung becoming an apple like. Every good useful features are canceled in this too expensive pieces of hardware.  At the end wil be like 5k for samsung phone and you can only make a phone call, but you must remeber cell number.

Multi user is baked into AOSP. It does not make any sense not to support this. Samsung seems to be the only OEM not supporting multi user accounts on their phones.

Not having this feature is disruptive for managing personal and multiple business accounts. Especially since we can't easily have multiple chrome profiles with proper bookmarking and PW management like on desktop.

Please Samsung, consider this for OneUI8. Or provide us with more work profiles or allow us to not require a default browser.
