I would like to suggest a few improvements to the user experience:
In the default File Manager app, when I play a music file and then leave the app, the playback stops immediately. It would be great if the music could keep playing in the background, so I don’t need to install a separate music player just for this simple function.
There are too many pre-installed apps on Samsung devices, which can be annoying — for example, there are two messaging apps and two web browsers. I’d like to have the option to uninstall or disable these apps, but many of them are locked by default. It feels restrictive and unpleasant.
Finally, I wish the One UI interface was closer to stock Android — clean, simple, and smooth. The current interface feels a bit heavy and overly customized.
1. There is a music player app already installed on your phone. How do you think the music plays when you open it in the file manager? It calls upon the music player. So, all you have to do is if you want to play music is open that music player app, it's in your app drawer called "music" and it will find all the music on your device and then you can create a play list or just play in the order of the list or put it on shuffle. The music won't stop unless you stop it.
2. There are two messaging apps because people have preferences. Google requires Android phones to come with their messaging app installed and Samsung has its own messaging app that they are phasing out in favor of Google Messages. You should be able to uninstall it, but if you can't just ignore it. Similarly, Samsung Internet cannot be uninstalled or disabled because it is part of the UI. Google Chrome is also part of Android and cannot be removed. If you don't want to use it, don't. You can still install and use any other browser you want.
3. What sets Samsung apart from every other Android device is it's UI. The fact that you can customize most aspects of the UI is why people buy Samsung phones in the first place. If you want a stock Android interface, buy any other brand and you will get what you want.
