Galaxy s23 ultra phone not ringing when connected to Watch 6

While connectd to my Galaxy 6 watch the phone does not ring.  

Any suggestions?

First thing I would try is unpairing, then re-pairing the Watch to the device, and checking the volume settings on both the Watch 6 and your S23 device. If troubleshooting the Watch does not resolve this behavior, it is likely something with the phone that needs troubleshooting. Try clearing the device's cache partition and repairing apps with these steps:
- Power off your device.
- While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
- Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.

Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:

- Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
- Select yes to confirm.
- Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.
