So my Galaxy s23 is paid off and I already have a new phone. I want to sell it at a EcoATM but everytime I try to do it, the EcoATM tells me it cannot buy my phone due to it not being able to read/find the "Unique ID" Can someone please help me out with this?
Yes, I'm pretty sure it's due to my galaxy s23 being (yes I know how stupid this sounds but if only you knew the story) spied on with web applications, as well it has unknown applications, like 200 apps even if i factory reset it. 100% got hacked bad. Idk how to fix any of it.
Look for Odin software (its free) then head to samfw.com download the newest firmware for your phone. Find all info you need on XDA forums. Its easy. This will do a reset of the stored software on the phone. Basically its a format and reinstall of the os.
