Galaxy S23Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Galaxy S23That is not it. I have 396 GB of storage and 4.6 GB of RAM free. (Memory and Storage are two different things. Deleting files does not free up memory. That only frees up storage)

Galaxy S23I have a 23 ultra. I switched from Verizon to Google Fi. Still getting error. Phone is unlocked. But still presents Verizon hello etc upon restart.
I switch to Verizon approximately 2 years ago. I wish I had not done that. Their customer service is poor. I kept getting caught up in the automated system. And finally when I will get through to customer service they were not very helpful. Verizon as a service I think he's okay but I will leave a business over customer service. And that's where they are lacking

Galaxy S23Same issue here. Did some research and found something that said to try in safe mode but still wouldn't complete.
