Galaxy S23Go into Safe Mode and then uninstall the apps
To put a Samsung Galaxy S23 into Safe mode, you can press and hold the Side and Volume down buttons at the same time.
Steps to enable Safe mode
- Press and hold the Side and Volume down buttons simultaneously
- Touch and hold the Power off icon
- Tap the Safe mode icon
- The phone will automatically reboot into Safe mode

After you follow @GaryB82s advice and uninstall the apps and boot normally, make sure app protection is on in your settings and run a scan and/or download malwarebytes and run a scan to make sure no other malware is left hanging around.
