If you have a carrier model s23 it’s not included only U1 factory unlocked can get the beta

The beta is only available for Unlocked models. I enrolled this morning.

I'm sorry you don't have access. Go to settings and make sure your phone is updated and then come back & try again. Of note, I have an unlocked phone and I'm on T-Mobile
