My device is unlocked and im with tmobile and im still seeing the same cards I've been seeing for the past 2 weeks in the members app

Try clearing the cache for the Members app and force-stopping it. Reopen and swipe on the cards and check the notices as well. Sometimes that'll do it..... sometimes.

No it a regular tmobile locked version i participated in the beta last year for one ui 6

I was thinking i got my original phone replaced because it got damaged i wonder if tmobile sent me an unlocked version. How can you tell if it's unlocked anyway
