Enable the option in Developer Options, but it should be on by default if you bought the phone new.

You should see Default USB configuration, then select transfer files. Connect your phone to a USB-A or C port on your computer. It should identify the phone's storage. 1742349369995.jpg

Mine is S23 and on T-Mobile, too. Every Samsung phone and tablet I have had lately has the option/feature.

I don't think T-Mobile disables that function.  On the off chance they do, if you have the phone on their service for more than 3 months, you can unlock it.  You can do it right from the app in your account.

It is allllllll the way down the page.  Search for it if you can't find it by scrolling.

A) Did you use the cable that came with your phone? B) does your computer have a USB-C port?  C) if your computer does not have a USB-C port, you will need a USB-A/C OTG adapter.  Also, your USB port needs to be USB 2.0 or higher.

You have to go into settings then devices and phones then turn on file explorer visibility. Search for how to "add phone to file explorer Windows 11". In Windows 11 there are extra steps to get access to your phones storage.

If your computer isn't seeing your phone at all then check the USB settings on the phone, it could be set to charge only or you might have Auto Blocker turned on.

You could also try installing Smart Switch on your PC and see if that finds your phone.
