I literally have four phones I have the Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra I have the Samsung Galaxy s22 plus and I have the Samsung Galaxy s22 and last but not least one of my favorite and last but not least one of my favorite phones is my Microsoft Surface Duo 1 which is awesome

My question is this, why is it that I have three s22 phones one of each one but the s22 plus is the only one that got the new Android update and the new UI update? Why did my ultra not get it and if the plus is going to get it you would think the ultra would get it first but I didn't get it on that one and my regular s22 didn't get it so I'm just wondering how the **bleep** I got it on the s22 plus and by the way I'm on AT&T if that helps. Just trying to figure out what the heck's going on cuz I'd like to have all three of my phones on to the next Android version. Thanks in advance happy holidays Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas

S22 Ultra on T-mobile and I still haven't gotten Android 14 either. This is the worst One UI rollout I've ever seen.

Try taking out the SIM card and rebooting the phone just connecting to Wi-Fi only and see if it will let you update that way and then put the SIM card back in reboot and try again cuz I think it's pretty much pushed out to like 99% of all of them by now but I think T-Mobile might be like literally the left **bleep**ing carrier that gets the updates I could be wrong but I believe that's the way it goes sorry bro but honestly you're not really missing anything spectacular I ain't noticing really that much difference to be quite honest except for like all my tablet it seems more different but on my phone seems pretty much the same to me but then again I don't do a whole bunch of crazy **bleep** on the phone

I live in So Cal and I have an unlocked S22 Ultra with Mint Mobile and still have UI 5.1 with Security patch November 1, 2023. I've been checking for the update daily with no joy. First time I have been unimpressed by Samsung.

Yeah I think that's because of the carrier because AT&T has got it to all three of the versions of the s22 now and I have it on my tab 9 tablet but not my Tab 8 tablet

I agree it has to be Carrier delays.

That's the information I was able to gather from looking into it it is according to the carriers after they get the release from Samsung then the carriers do their tweaking or whatever

So I have been going through I ugh the exact same issue on my Galaxy S22 Ultra. My phone says update interrupted, no update is available for your device, please check back in 24 hours. I've spoken to ATT, and I've spoken to Samsung, and I have a service ticket with Samsung, that states I should be receiving the new UI 6, Android 14 update in the next batch of updates to roll out, and I'm slated for two more, up to android 16 after that. So here's the thing, I was still frustrates after speaking with Samsung, so I decided to call ATT back, and talk to their tech support AGAIN! LOL, little Chandler Bing referance for ya their, RIP Matt Perry. So ATT customer service spoke to their network back of house people, and they said that it was not an ATT issue at all, because ATT does not push the OS updates to their customers phones or devices, they only push the network updates, like the 4G to 5G, and any network carrier updates, but the software updates, and the OS updates are pushed from the manufacturer. I understood this to be true because my iphone 12 received its update to iOS 17 yesterday, OTA, and their was no issues afterwards. So while speaking to ATT, I heard something interesting which made since to me, they said that it could be Google, not processing the update to the android devices. In other words, Google is blocking the updates, for technical reasons, or it could be that the software which Google created, is somehow malfunctioning in these devices, like Samsung, and if so, would need to be repaired by Google, and or Samsung, the manufacturers are the ones that are directly responsible for pushing the OTA OS updates, to our devices, just like Apple pushed theirs to my iPhone 12. So ATT tech support said they would send an email to their advanced team with all of the issues I spoke of, and they would investigate this further, and contact me back this Thursday. The agent I spoke to was actually very helpful and very professional, and she assisted me for an hour with my problem. So I wanted to also state that the update servers were not the reason either, I spoke to ATT about this, and they stated the only servers they were aware of, were their main carrier network servers, that push the network updates and provide us with the actual carrier service to our devices. They knew of no update servers, that were responsible for these OS updates, as ATT is not responsible for those updates. So in closing, I want to say, I am going to contact Google, to further investigate this issue and get some sort of answers to all this, and I will post my findings here, in the forum. I hope this helps all.
