I want to choose whether to use data or wifi when system updates are downloading. Is there a way to do this on my Samsung Galaxy S22 android phone?

Nevermind, I think that I found the answer (I hope)!

I found it online in a Google Search:

According to a Samsung Community user, the Samsung Galaxy S22 requires Wi-Fi for all updates. However, you can enable automatic updates for apps using mobile networks. To do this, you can:

  1.  Slide your finger up on the screen
  2. Press Play Store
  3. Press the profile icon
  4. Press Settings
  5. Press Network preferences
  6. Press Auto-update apps
  7. To turn on automatic updates using mobile networks, press Over any network

I'm hoping this works. I guess I'll find out the next time there's a system update for my phone. I'll keep y'all posted!
