  • Today I checked for update and the security patch of january 1 2025 popped up I clicked on update and after the download I clicked on instal now, my s22ultra turned off and it does not want to turn up, please help, i'm exhausted with thus BS I've had so many problems with my Samsung and the updates🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄, worked so hard to get that phone and out of nowhere gone, all photos messages everything

Your phone or tablet may not turn on if you are not charging it properly. But on the other hand, it may not turn off if it's completely frozen. If it’s not responding when you are pressing the Power button, let us help you get it working again: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001468/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
