I bought my phone through Samsung, this time with a chat representative, and everything went smoothly, but the representative gave me a number for a $50 discount, but the order does not appear registered in the Samsung app or in the system. How can I do to redeem that $50?
My trade arrive to Samsung because I received an email, which for some reason disappeared but apparently everything is right.
