Galaxy S22Ok cool. Thank you. I am on with them now doing the same thing I already did with them yesterday. I asked them to just register my phone on the network and they said they are seeing it on the network. I'll ask them again to just re-register it if they tell me there's nothing more they can do. I'll keep you posted.

Galaxy S22I was just on the phone with both T Mobile and Samsung for over an hour and nothing. Samsung is expediting my case to an expert. In the meantime I just cleared the cache partition as you suggested but am still having the same issue. Do I need a new eSim afterwards for it to work?

Galaxy S22AHhh didn't work. Just got off the phone with my provider after clearing cache and nothing. Same issue with the phone not being registered. to the network.
