I did a warranty exchange not long ago with my t-mobile Samsung s22 ultra that I got from t-mobile and now when I turn my mobile internet back on if I am not on a call sometimes it doesn't show the 5g uc connect or any 5g and it happens the same way if I am on a phone call with someone my t-mobile Samsung s22 ultra has nothing but network work problems and last night at my house in the living room I looked at my phone and it said searching it didn't say t-mobile at the top and then it came back after a bit or so and it said t-mobile for the network name . It's like this phone drops off the network I get a warranty exchange then it happens again down the line with the new warranty exchange I got. I have this phone with t-mobile post paid service

I already did contact t-mobile and I did back to back warranty phone exchanges and the same problems happen again I don't know why they keep issuing the same phones if it has this much problems.

So sometimes they, the mobile service provider, has to reset the mobile network. Give them a call

I know I called t-mobile to refresh my network and it worked for a bit then it when down hill from there. My service keeps going off the network.

I'm guessing you went thru adurion or who tmobile uses which in general means you got a refurbished phone

Are you using wi-fi? Do you have wi-fi calling on? Is your wi-fi land line or cellular based?

To trouble shoot carrier signal. Turn off wi-fi completely.

Beyond the bars you see at to if screen, search this, and try some if these options:
android show signal strength to carrier precise. graph

When I put that into search it gave me options using built in, as well as apps, to look at the signal.

Cell coverage isn't perfect. Buildings can effect signal.

5g has shorter range. 5g less good at penetrating buildings than 4g

You can shut off 5g in settings under connections,> mobile networks>allow 5g.

when you are outside your home, do you experience similar problems?

Try and look for this info. Might not be the phone at all.

Trust me it's the phone having the issues t-mobile checked the cell towers near my house and said there is nothing wrong and that its a device issue. If you search my model of phone a lot of people have the issues I have with this phone.
